Ashley's Notes:
"This design came from something I saw in a vintage store in New York. Originally it was a sequined bedazzled blouse. When I looked at it though, I saw a rail road stripe shirt with a floral embroidery around the hem. Then I thought about how awesome it would be to have a top that could also be a dress. So I designed a matching ruffle skirt to go with it. Due to all the details, the cost was too expensive to do production. So I could only make one of them. So this set is a one-of-kind piece."
Fabric: Cotton Railroad Stripe Woven Shirting.
Designer Fit Comments: Its fitted along the chest and then flares out at natural waist. Fabric is durable so you can stay put together all day.
Construction: Scoop neckline with floral embroidery around the neck and bottom hem. Invisible zipper in the back.
Country Manufactured: Designed in Vermont and made in China
